7/11/08 The Inner Workings of Vanson Leathers - Chapter II - Measuer and Cut

In the Measure and Cut section we will see the beginning of a suit - from measurement sheets to graphics programs, from razor blades to high tech water jet machines. Pretty fascinating stuff.. The factory is really huge on the inside, with just about every square inch packed with heeps of leather, old fashioned machines, high tech cnc cutters, people scrambling everywhere, and just about the hottest female receptionist on the east coast..

Next up is the TOUR SECTION, where you get a close up look of the command center of Vanson's production department. Here you'll get to see some of Vanson's best stitchers (both human and not so human) in action. You'll also see my favorite armor being made with some cool (ancient) machinery.
